We are a family run micro-bakery based in the hinterland of Yamba in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. Our breads are hand made with only the best organic ingredients we can find.
We are at the Yamba Farmers Market every Wed from 7am -11am.
Pick Up Orders
Please place your order using our online ordering system below. Simply select the items you would like to purchase, then then add them to the cart. Once items are in the cart, you can adjust the quantity at the bottom of the page just below where you can review your order details. Select payment method and click ‘Place order’. *Minimum order is $25. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any orders placed after 5pm on Monday.

This sourdough version of the French classic has a caramelised crust, but a surprisingly creamy and tender interior. It’s the perfect vessel for your sandwich or as an accompaniment to a shared meal or antipasto. They can be refreshed in a hot oven for a few minutes for a crunchy, warm table bread.

Beloved by all, this workhorse loaf is the perfect blank canvas to all of your bread-loving needs! A blend of our premium bakers flour, with 10% stoneground wholegrain for added depth and texture, this loaf proves that not ALL white bread is created equal.
For those who love a little more texture with their bread, our multigrain features the rustic white recipe combined with a nutritious, all-organic blend of cracked wheat, rye, soy, linseed, barley, pumpkin seed and polenta.
Stoneground wholegrain rye and premium bakers flour are combined to produce a distinctly robust flavour and rustic loaf. The taste and character from the stoneground whole rye are at the fore of this loaf, reminiscent of a classic Northern European pantry staple.
Also referred to as wholewheat or wholemeal, our wholegrain loaf boasts a deliciously nutty 50/50 blend of stoneground wholegrain flour and premium bakers white flour. Wholegrain flour adds both earthy bran-powered flavour and fibre to this naturally-leavened loaf.
This ancient grain is said to be more nutritious and easier to digest than modern grains. This flour stoneground is blended with our premium bakers flour to create a loaf that boasts a lovely aroma and nutty flavour.

Featuring plump, organic Australian sultanas, organic Australian walnuts and organic cinnamon, this loaf is bold in both flavour and texture. When toasted, the aroma of cinnamon and walnuts is simply heaven, only to be perfected with lashings of butter (and a drizzle of local honey for added decadence!).
Packed full of walnuts and seeds, our cinnamon and vanilla-scented granola is delicious on its own, on top of yogurt or smoothies, or as a fruit crumble topping. Each batch of our granola has been hand-crafted in small batches and baked in our wood-fired oven.

Ashby Sourdough’s bread bag – a light weight durable cotton bag that allows you to store your bread in. The woven fabric is ideal for your bread to breathe, reducing chance of mould.
|Cinnamon Buns 4 Pack|
Impossibly light in texture, our sourdough brioche dough is filled with a deliciously gooey cinnamon and brown sugar filling. If desired, topped with a smothering of cream cheese icing. Note: if you wish to have a side of cream cheese icing, you need to be available during delivery times or leave a small cooler bag or Esky out to keep the icing cold.
